For all applicants holding an Unconditional Offer, we attempt to send out information about Halls of Residence during June. Joining Instructions, giving details of enrolment, term dates and other useful information will be sent in August.

We have a rolling admissions policy; in other words, we review applications throughout the entire year. After we have received all of the necessary information, it takes about 4 weeks to hear back regarding acceptance.

There is no definite answer to this question. You will be selected only if/when an investigator who has a position available visits the database and is impressed with your credentials. On or about May 15, those who have not been selected will be informed via e-mail. Remember, there is no central selection committee for this program.

Admission decisions/acceptance packages will be mailed out starting mid February for fall intakes; mid October for winter intakes; and mid January for summer intakes and will continue until all programs have filled. You can also find out on the Web for Admissions Web site whether you've been admitted starting mid February.

Since we do admissions in batches, there is no single answer to this. We make a large number of decisions during February, and most of our decisions are made by late March. At that point we reject the remaining applicants, except that sometimes we keep a short waiting list until after the April 15th deadline for students to accept or reject our offers. If more students than expected reject the offer, we can admit students off the waiting list.

There are target times set for responding to your complaint. At stage one it is five working days and at stage two and three it is 10 working days. However, if your complaint is particularly complex or involves a number of services it may take longer to investigate. When this occurs and it is not possible to respond to your complaint at stage two within 10 days, we will acknowledge your complaint and give you an indication of when a response is likely to be made.

Depending on your motivation you will hear from us on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or a monthly basis. You determine that!

Similar to an emergency room in a general medical hospital, the admissions staff prioritizes screening reviews based on symptom severity. A physician is paged by our admissions staff to review the screening information. You can expect to be contacted by admissions staff within an hour of completing the screening. The screening information is given to medical/clinical director and/or program manager for their clinical review within the next one to two business days.

Notifications to those selected for participation in the SLDP are expected to go out in early January 2007.

That depends upon the program to which you applied. Many programs have a designated time of the year when they review complete application files (usually in January, February, or March). These programs usually notify successful applicants during that time period. Others have a rolling admissions policy throughout the year. They try to notify successful applicants within two to four weeks of receiving a complete application file.

The earliest an application can be submitted to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) is June 1 for students applying to enter the following year. The following AMCAS web site: http://www.aamc.org/students/amcas/start.htm should be used by all applicants. It is necessary to file an application in the summer or early fall of the year prior to entry. Notification letters are normally sent to EDP applicants by 1 October and regular applicants by 15 March.

Admissions will begin making acceptance decisions once they have determined the number of spaces available for the new school year. This takes place between April and May. The latest you will need to wait for an acceptance decision will be June 30, if you have completed the application process before the application deadline in April. If you miss the deadline, you will seriously jeopardize your child's chances of being accepted, regardless of his/her academic strengths, previous enrollment at S.

Notification will be sent via e-mail in mid-March 2007. Unfortunately, we are not able to notify individuals of proposal status before this time. Only the person who submitted the proposal will be notified. The person who submitted the proposal is responsible for informing the authors regarding acceptance or rejection of the proposal, and if the proposal is accepted, the time and place of the presentation at the convention.

All application decisions will be mailed by 1st April of every year, or earlier whenever possible. Please note that the Conservatory will not give admission decisions over the phone or by e-mail unless the mail has yet to be received by mid-April. The Conservatory does not provide reasons to applicants who are unable to secure admission.

Decision letters will be sent in mid-May. A series of forms will then need to be submitted before your enrollment is complete.

Once you have accepted and signed the contract we will need a copy of the contract and disclosures faxed to us to change your status in the MLS.

Once your offer has been accepted there are still a number of steps before the sale will be finalized. If you have negotiated on your own, you will need to have your lawyer draft the official Offer of Purchase and Sale at this time. Then both you and the Vendor will need to have the document reviewed by your lawyer before signing it. You may have included some Conditions in your Offer, such as repairs or a home inspection.

Raise a toast and start making your moving plans! You will want to schedule your move, pack items and notify businesses of your address change and utility services. We will provide a moving checklist and supply reputable vendors if needed that will help with all the details. We will give you a good faith estimates of your closing costs and we can do this prior to executing the contract so you know what you need to bring to closing.

Each semester, newly accepted full-time students pay a fee of intent of $50 toward the cost of tuition. Once we receive this deposit, we send you information/dates for placement testing and Registration. We have several opportunities from May - August for the fall semester and October - January for the Spring semester to complete your Placement Testing and register for courses.

Hearing is a series of events in which the ear converts sound waves into electrical signals and causes nerve impulses to be sent to the brain where they are interpreted as sound. The ear has three main parts: the outer, middle, and inner ear. Sound waves enter through the outer ear and reach the middle ear, where they cause the ear drum to vibrate. The vibrations are transmitted through three tiny bones in the middle ear called the ossicles.

Freshmen and transfer financial aid packages go out on a rolling basis beginning March 10th or before. Returning students receive notice of renewal financial aid packages in June in response to a timely filed FAFSA.

That’s a hard question to answer. Because hiring the right people is important to us, we invest the time upfront to thoroughly review each application – including the cover letters, resumes, writing samples, and other materials you may be asked to provide. Having said this, we do make the effort to complete every recruitment as expeditiously as possible. If you need a number – let’s say four to six weeks from the application close date.
