Why can't I find my shipping address in @winXS?
If your shipping address is not already set up in @winXS, you may be able to create it by using the "Create New Ship-To" feature from the Shipping Address Selection screen or from the Shipping Address Information screen. If your system does not have this feature, please contact your sales representative -- your company's @winXS contact may have requested that new ship-to addresses be created only by designated people.
