When you send an email in HTML format, it can include graphics. These graphics files can be sent as part of your email message or exist on a public web site that your email references (so it doesn't add to your email size). To reference graphics on a public web site, simply have your HTML code reference it with a complete URL: Total Access Emailer recognizes the explicit file reference and does not include the file in your email.

You can embed hyperlinks and images with the <preservehtml> tags. Simply enclose the HTML within those preservehtml tags. This will give you the option to create your own <a>, <img> and <font> tags. The obvious solution is to import HTML pages using the import function of RADpage. This is fine for the inital page layout. Check under Tools\Services to see if you have personal address book listed in your profile. If not add it. Add an entry to the personal address book for those recipients that you only want to send in plain text. Click on the send options button and select I want to specify the format for mail to this recipient. Then select Plain Text only. The mail to that recipient will only be sent in plain text format if you select the recipient from your personal address book.

If you are browsing the site from Safari or another one of the lesser used browsers, you are probably having incompatibility issues. This site was optimized to run on Firefox and Internet Explorer 6. As far as we know, no one has had any issues with the message editor when using those browsers.
