Where are the Support Stations on the course?
Glo Lagos International Half Marathon 2007 - Frequently Aske...extra Support Station has been added to the Half Marathon course so there are now 6 Support Stations including the one at the Start for the Half Marathon and at the Finish and 12km for the Marathon. Support Stations will be located at approximately 4km intervals along the route. Each Support Station will include water and medical facilities.

They will, however, be close enough to each other that you should not run out of supplies. Please note that you have to make sure that you are self-sufficient and that you use the feeding stations only to top up your supplies rather than to rely on them as your sole source of drink and food.

Shakespeare Marathon - FaqThe start of both Full and Half Marathons will be in Waterside, adjacent to the Theatre car park. It will finish on the Recreation Ground at the far side of the Bowling Club and opposite the Ferry point. All runners who finish will receive a medal and T-shirts will be available to purchase. Please allow yourself sufficient time to cross the river via the Tramway Bridge. The start will be traffic free but soon after runners will be using roads open to public transport.
