New messages remain inside your Inbox for 60 days. After 60 days, our database will automatically purge old messages, virtual kisses and profile views to keep Laitn Love Search running fast and smooth. Your Inbox can store up to 50 messages at a time so be sure to copy and paste any messages to your desktop computer that you wish to archive. If you have reached the limit of your Inbox, new messages will begin to overwrite the oldest messages.

Voice messages can be kept in your inbox for 30 days. After 30 days, you will receive a Message Reminder when you access your Voice Messaging, reminding you that you have had messages in your box for 30 days. You will have the choice of saving or deleting these messages.

For students only, messages stay in the Inbox for 120 days before they are purged. If messages are needed beyond 120 days, you will need to move them to a different folder. For faculty and staff, messages remain in the Inbox indefinitely until they are manually deleted or moved to a different folder.

The messages (read and unread) will remain in your mailbox for 3 months, then they will be automatically deleted from all folders, except from your 'Savebox'. Thus, keep all important messages that you wish to save in the 'Savebox'.

Sent messages will automatically be deleted after 7 days. Received messages will automatically be deleted after 14 days.

In My Account info click the Inbox tab button from My Message menu. Select the message you wish to delete and Click the "Delete Message" button.

There is no actual limit to the number of messages you can receive. The only limit is the maximum mailbox size, which is 3MB. Once your Inbox exceeds your maximum mailbox limit, messages sent to you will bounce back to the sender.

You may be logged in using an identity other than your own. First Class creates a unique profile for each user. You have the option of pre-defining your mailbox so that all the mails containing a particular word or line will be automatically sent to a particular folder. You can do this by clicking on 'Preference' and going to 'Message Filters'. Click on the 'Create new filters link' in order to create filters of your choice. By default the messages are sorted on the basis of the date of arrival of the message. You can choose the various other options like Priority, Attachment, From, Subject and Size of the message to decide on the sorting pattern.

Try looking at your sent-mail folder by selecting the "sent-mail" folder from the upper right corner of UP Webmail. There are two possibilities. The most likely possibility is that the bounce message does not include an email address or other information that would allow RelationshipSecure to match up the bounce notice with the proper entry in your Outlook address book. This is a result of how some mail servers on the Internet are set up.

To delete a message from your inbox, put a check in the box next to the message(s) you want to delete. When you have chosen all the unwanted messages, click the "Delete" button on the top menu.

If you continuously change from POP to Web mail, you may receive duplicate messages if you set "Leave Mail on Server" to "On" within your email client. The following are possible solutions: Leave mail on the server but not for extended periods of time (this will only duplicate emails for the specified period)
