You can sign up at any time during the days of C.O. to sign into the current room you live in. C.O. will take place on-line from 8:00AM March 6th until 4:00PM March 7th. C.O. disagreements between roommates are determined by lottery #’s. If you would like to C.O.

Normally yes. Frequently there is no deposit if you rent a room in someone's apartment or live in a Hotel or Hostel, but double check with your agency or the landlord you are dealing with. You may be asked to wire funds to Florence, this is normal, so make sure you keep copies of this transfer. USD does not provide housing in Florence.

You should start looking for housing early, February or March, in order to find the best deals. You should NOT wait until the last minute or when you arrive in Florence. It is getting more and more difficult to find housing for students that arrive in Florence that do not have housing already arranged. Remember, Florence is 9 hours ahead of California. You may be asked to wire funds to Florence, this is normal, so make sure you keep copies of this transfer.

If they are visiting for the day, sure, but they cannot stay overnight with you at the WISC housing. If they do, you could be asked to leave WISC housing with no refund of any monies paid. You would also have to find new housing on your own.

Two bedrooms will be available for a maximum of two nights at a time, while the other two will only be available one night at a time. The reason for the one night rooms is so we can provide a place for people to 'nap' during the day.

Yes. Guests may stay in a member's room although there are some restrictions. Members are responsible for their guest's behavior and meal charges, but there is no rent charges. Guests who stay for more than one week must be approved by the house and may be required to do 1-2 hours of labor per week. Guests may not stay for more than three weeks; after this period, they must apply for regular membership.

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Doubles and triples, regardless of the number of rooms, will come with one phone. Apartments will come with one phone as well. Quads or larger rooms may come with two physical phones based on layout, but will still have only one phone line even if there is more than one physical phone.

We do not have a problem if you have 1 or 2 friends coming to visit. They will have to sleep in your room and they will have to pay £20 per night they stay. This does not include any food. They can only stay for 2 a maximum of nights. If you would like your friend(s) to stay longer than 2 nights please let us know and we will discuss if there is room or not. If there is then it will not be a problem.

hour access to the pools is included in the room rate and most of our guests take advantage of this access. Only about 15% of our guests use the waterslide. Operating the 350', five story waterslide includes expenses for staffing, electricity to pump up the water, insurance and maintenance. It is unfair to pass these expenses along to the majority of Fairmont's guests who do not use the waterslide.

On average visitors will spend about one and a half hours in the dark room. There will be either 2 or 3 sittings each evening starting from 7 pm.

Residents are not allowed to stay in the halls over winter break, unless special permission is granted (usually for an additional fee). Summer housing is available at an additional cost. The halls are open for residents during Thanksgiving and Spring breaks.

Yes you can. As soon as you have found a purchaser all parties will need to sign the back of your original ownership certificate, this being the form of Surrender and Request. This should then be forwarded to our Birmingham office along with a cheque in the sum of £100 per week to be transferred made payable to Pueblo Evita Management Ltd. Please note we cannot transfer a week if the week is in the RCI Points system, you will have to contact RCI to surrender your week.

Absolutely. There are several nice hotels right in the area if you still want pick up and drop off service to and from your shoots. If you have your own car and want to stay at a campground halfway to Key West, all we ask is you plan accordingly to arrive on time for the shoots we book for you as you will be driving yourself.

Visitors are welcome during the day. Due to Insurance and Fire Regulations they cannot stay overnight. Only the number of people we book can stay overnight. We politely request that extra visitors leave no later than midnight.

Housing is seldom more than 30 minutes away from classes by public transportation. All students will have access to housing information that is listed on our web site. Campus Apartment bedrooms have a full size bed, a desk with desk chair, dresser, linens and mini blinds. The common area of the apartment contains a sofa, two chairs, one coffee table, one end table, an entertainment center and a television. The kitchen contains a set of pots and pans, a set of dishes, serving utensils and silverware. You are responsible for the care and condition of all University furnishings.
