There could be several reasons. One speaker cabinet may be more efficient than the other meaning that one will play louder with the same power. Also, the lower impedance speaker will generally play louder than the higher impedance cabinet. Finally, cabinets with more speakers tend to move more air and thus sound louder. A great solution to this phenomena is to set up the Cabbone so that it toggles the amp channel when changing cabinets.

There are a lot of features that will be automatically set to your Window's Regional settings (such as your date format), but a good number of preferences are left for you to customize. Under the Preferences menu, select Options. On the General tab, you can switch the Distance parameter between miles, kilometers and hours. You can also customize the Fuel unit to use gallons or litres. There is an option for the European standard for calculating consumption versus the American standard.
