We suggest you set up a free Web-based mail account with a service such as Hotmail and use this email address in your profile. Note that there is a potential down side to using free email services. Try looking at your sent-mail folder by selecting the "sent-mail" folder from the upper right corner of UP Webmail. First check that the email address you gave me was correct. Then, check that your email box isn't full. Then check your junk mailbox to see if your system thinks emails from me are bulk mail. Some email providers don't trust us since we send out so much email, which might lead to our emails ending up in your trash or spam folders.
