Whether we do this or not is always in question, but this is the goal meaning that we try to make everything we do known, every idea is considered independently of the person who suggested it and subjected to a vote, and we don't try to hide our flaws. Furthermore, everyone should be able to say what they feel regardless of who they are. Of course, people are responsible for what they say.
