The only things you should need are your username and password which you setup through the Admin Control Panel along with the POP server details which are tied to your domain name (where "yourdomain.com" is your domain name):-

While in Outlook Express, you don't need to be connected, click Tools, Accounts, Mail (if you only have one e-mail account make sure that there is only one account listed here). Account Name: your user name. i.e. if your e-mail address is john@mtcnet.net then your user name is john. Password: type your password here and check the Remember Password box if you don't want to enter it in every time. Outgoing mail server user name: your user name. i.e. if your e-mail address is john@mtcnet.

Read the message in the alert window and click on the OK button. You may need to repeat this step two or three times. Click on the Open this file from its current location radio button, and click on the OK button in the File Download window. Click on the Yes button in the Registry Editor window and repeat for the last window. Outlook Express has now been configured for this account. You need to repeat this process for as many accounts as you want to access through Outlook Express.
