If you can’t complete a course in the allotted time, there is a small extension fee you must pay at the time you complete the course. See the chart below. Extension fees are charged at the time the quiz is taken if it is after six months of the purchase date of the course.

If you are unable to complete the course we will issue you with a Statement of Attainment that will list the units of competency that you have completed. If you enrol into a certificate course later on with another training provider you may receive an exemption from part of the course.

Pre-license and post-license final exams are timed. Your test will be scored when the alloted time expires, and any unanswered questions will be marked incorrect. It is to your benefit to answer all questions on the final exam. You may flag, and return to any question.

A "G" grade is an incomplete grade that may be assigned if a student cannot complete the course. An instructor assigns a "G" grade because extenuating circumstances prevent completion of course requirements during the term enrolled. For the grade policy for a specific instructor, students should read their course syllabus.

You have 12 months to finish the course. If you need an extension, you can request it through our administration.

We understand that certain situations can occur. Please refer to the UCI Extension catalog for procedures, etc.

There is an option to purchase an extension for one month. The fee for this is $100. Receipt of funds must be received prior to the course end date, or your access will be turned off on the previously designated date. Upon receipt of funds, a one-month extension will be initiated.

If you are a student who is enrolled, for example, in the Building Inspector and Plumbing Inspector program and you have been attending school regularly but still unable to digest the material at the expected rate, then an extension will be granted at no additional cost until you are sufficiently prepared to take your exam.

There is no commitment from you when you register on Sportscoach21 and, if you decide that you no longer want to study your chosen course, that’s fine. You can always come back to it at a later date or register for another course.

Students failing the Commission-prescribed end-of-course examination must wait at least 30 days from the date of the original examination to retest. Within one year of the original examination, a student may retest a maximum of one time. Otherwise, students failing the end-of-course examination must repeat the course prior to being eligible to take the end-of-course examination again.

If you do not pass a post-test for a required course, you will be directed to review the course again and retake the course. You can continue to retake a course until you pass. All employees need to have completed and passed Annual Compliance Education (ACE), Customer Service and Diversity courses by February 28th 2006.

If you do not pass the quiz, you will have an unlimited number of opportunities to retake it within the one-year window. You do not have to pay for the course again during the one-year window.

The fee that you pay is essential for smooth conduct of the course. So please be regular in deposit of installments as per the guidelines. There are no long-term medical complications associated with untreated genital herpes. Over time, the frequency of your outbreaks may decrease. Taking medications when you feel an outbreak starting can reduce the number of painful blisters that develop and help them heal more quickly. You may also prevent blisters from developing.

Everyone comes into the Home on a trial basis, if you or ourselves feel the care we are providing is not catering for your needs or you are unhappy in any other way you are free to give notice. Normally the notice period on either side is 1 month however this can be negotiated in certain circumstances.

If you do not come to court for the calendar call or at the date and time set for trial and you have not been otherwise excused by the Tax Court, your case may be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
