Nevada law makes it unlawful for any person to sell, distribute or offer to sell cigarettes, cigarette paper and tobacco of any description or products made from tobacco to any child under age of 18 years. Dallas County Citizens may apply for a concealed weapon permit between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. You will need to abide by the '90 day rule'. If you intend to carry passengers you must have completed 3 take-offs and landings as sole manipulator of an aircraft in the preceeding 90 days. North Dakota has reciprocity with some states. The Richmond Police Department no longer issues concealed weapons permits. By agreement, applicants are now referred to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office for concealed weapons permits (925-335-1500).

West Virginia currently honors concealed weapon permits issued by the States of Arkansas, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Ohio and North Carolina to its residents.
