AThe free version of Yahoo mail has an option which allows you to copy and paste in HTML for use as a signature. This varies according to the browser you are using. The following is how I added it to my free Yahoo account using Internet Explorer 5.5 or MSN Explorer on a Windows based computer. (It won't work for any other browser or operating system). AIt is possible to add the Baby days signature to an Incredimail signature but I have only been able to do it the following way as Incredimail doesn't allow you to use HTML in your signature. Go to the New Signature window in Incredimail (New Mail / Tools / Signature / Manage Signatures / New Signature) AMozilla based email clients have a special attribute in the image tag to let the program know not to try and send the signature image with the email.

AThere is a signature field under Settings / General in Gmail, but it doesn't accept HTML so if you paste your Lilypie HTML code snippet it will just display it as text. To add your Lilypie Baby Days to an email in Gmail you need to paste the image directly into the message body when you compose an email. I have only tested this on a PC so far, I will update this FAQ when I get a chance to test on a Mac.

AIf you have followed the instructions here for adding the Lilypie Baby Days to your Outlook Email and it is still only showing up as a text or a hypertext link, you may need to change the format that you are sending and receiving emails. AIt's correct, it's just that the result of calculating months, weeks and days can seem counter-intuitive because there isn't an even number of weeks in a month. The way it works on Lilypie is to count the number of months, and then divide the number of days remaining into weeks and days. For instance, using a 2nd birthday ticker for a child born on the 9th of May, 2004, and looking at the ticker on the 25th June, 2005. On the 9th of June, the child was 1 year, 1 month old.

If you are the manager on an MSN group you can easily add the infostrips to your welcome message by selecting the 'Edit Welcome Message' on set up. You then need to copy and paste the HTML code across and save the information. If you just want to use your infostrip as a regular user of an MSN group, you just need to copy and paste the HTML code into the message.

If you are using an older version of windows, these instructions will give you good start. Your new ticker will be on your desktop! To resize it, click on the bottom right hand corner and drag the box. Grab the top of the box and drag to whole thing to where you want it on your desktop.
