Reno-Tahoe International Airport is at the east end of Plumb Lane and there are freeway ramps for easy access to the terminal from Highway 395 south of the junction with Interstate 80. From the airport it's a couple miles to the downtown casinos, the National Bowling Stadium, or to the Peppermill/Atlantis area on South Virginia Street. A taxi is about $12.

The City of Reno built a 33 foot deep trench to put the trains below street level for 2 miles from Keystone to Wells Avenue. The 4 year project began in 2002 by moving utilities. Next came the shoofly, the temporary tracks that parallel the trench excavation, and actual trench digging began in April, 2004. The first trains rolled in the trench in late 2005. Construction pictures can be seen on Nevadamax in City Views 3.

Well, no. The Peppermill is more than two miles south of downtown and the Atlantis is about three miles. Grand Sierra Resort (formally the Reno Hilton) and John Ascuaga's Nugget are about three miles east of the downtown area. The downtown core includes Circus Circus, Eldorado, Silver Legacy, Harrahs, Fitzgeralds, Cal-Neva, Siena and the Sands, all within a 6 or 8 block area. The Reno Events Center and the National Bowling Stadium are a short block from the Eldorado and Silver Legacy.

Guests, we are conveniently located on Capital Hill, Seattle's most exciting neighborhood that also happens to be closest to the center of the city - Westlake Center (15 blocks). Seattle is 20 minutes North from the airport. You can walk downtown or take the #10 Metro bus.

A short 10 miles. Most hotels offer courtesy van service. Taxi cabs and public bus service is also available.

The Greater Rochester International Airport is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive of downtown Rochester and festival venues. Plenty of cabs and hotel shuttles are on site at the airport.

Some hotels provide airport shuttles and you can also use Durango Transportation (call 970-259-4818 for details). The Durango/La-Plata Airport is 19 miles outside of Durango.

The San Diego Airport is a few kilometers from downtown. There are many transport options to and from the airport. For full directions please go to the airport's web site.

Airport Express Shuttle runs from the arrivals terminal at Pearson International Airport to downtown Toronto every 40 minutes between 4:15 am and 11:10 pm. The nearest dropoff point is one block from the hotel at the corner of York and Richmond Streets. The journey takes about 40 minutes

The Piedmont Triad International Airport is 20 miles from downtown Winston-Salem and is easily accessible off Interstate 40. Smith Reynolds is located 10 minutes north of downtown.

You can catch the Airport bus on the second level of the Airport, near the Delta counter, in the median (look for the sign and bench). On weekdays, the E-2 bus, Airport Downtown Express, will take you from the airport all the way to Tulane and Elk Place, the heart of downtown New Orleans. Take the Kennedy (90) West to the Irving Park Road exit. Take the exit ramp all the way to Irving (crossing over Pulaski) and turn left. Head west on Irving 7 blocks to Cicero. Turn right on Cicero and park. City Newsstand is on the other side of the street, across from Sears.

Bangkok now operates two airports, namely the newish Suvarnabhumi Airport 30 kms east of downtown and the Don Muang Airport 20 kms north of downtown. The air-conditioned Airport Express operates 4 bus routes to downtown, namely AE1 to Silom, AE2 to Khao San Road, AE3 to Sukhumvit and Wireless Road, and AE4 to Hua Lamphong, each taking about 60-90 minutes, charging a flat 150 baht and operating hourly from 5:00am to midnight.

Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area at the San Francisco International Airport. The fare will be approximately $37 to the downtown area.

A hotel courtesy phone center, located in the middle of the Baggage Claim Level, provides information and reservations for area hotels, many offering shuttle service to and from Hopkins. Also, limousine service, car The RTA Red Line offers fast (just 22 minutes to ride to or from downtown Cleveland's Tower City Station)

A.The SEPTA R-1 Airport rail line runs every 30 minutes between the Airport and Center City. Trains operate from Center City to the Airport between 4:25 AM and 11:25 PM, and from the Airport to Center City from 5:09 AM to 12:09 AM. The R-1 stops at Terminals A-East, B, C, D, E. Other stops on the route are Eastwick, University City, 30th Street (Amtrak), Suburban and Market East. Fare is $7.00 one way.

Bucuti Beach Resort is located on Eagle Beach, 8 miles north of Queen Beatrix Airport, 3 miles north of downtown Oranjestad, 3 miles south of Palm Beach (High Rise Area) and 8 miles south of Tierra Del Sol Championship Golf Course, 5 minute walk from Aruba’s new golf course Divi Links, and is located in the center of Aruba's visitor attractions.

The Astor House is centrally located on Hwy. 57 (Monroe Avenue.), only a half block from Hwy. 54 (Mason Street). Most points of interest can be reached from the Astor House within about 15 minutes driving time. We are about a ten minute drive to Lambeau and the Resch Center (4 miles), less than ten minutes to the downtown KI Convention Center (less than a mile), and approximately 12 to 15 minutes to Austin Straubel Airport, the Oneida Casino (12 miles), and the Weidner Center (10 miles).

Both downtown San Diego and Lindbergh Field are approximately 35 minutes from Rancho Bernardo. During rush hour, depending on traffic, it can take slightly longer.

Chicago has a rapid transit system of trains which connect the airports and the downtown as well as many other sections of the city. Turn left as you exit from the main guesthouse, walk straight on St. 19 until you reach a T-Section, turn right, take the first left, go across the National Park and then keep walking, turn right either on Av. 1 or Av. Central.

What isn’t there to do downtown? They say that location is everything, and Jefferson has it. Jefferson Hospital is lucky to be located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, with access to virtually any type of restaurant or entertainment facility. The Hospital is literally surrounded by the Walnut Street and Forrest Theatres, the Avenue of the Arts and several movie complexes including the popular Ritz movie chain.
