Yes, in the print book we include the 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and some 2002 total enrollments. We also include 2000 and 2001 net income and 2000 and 2001 total revenue figures. The National Directory of Managed Care Organizations database on CD-ROM provides enrollment information on the health plans. Our database also provides state enrollment by plan. However, our information is much more complete for HMOs. We do not have as much enrollment data for PPOs.

Records for one individual can be linked between file types and across years within a state, using the MSIS Identification Number, which appears in all five files. When considering longitudinal analysis, remember that that eligibility rules and program benefits change frequently. You may be able to link files for one individual across states by using the eligible's SSN. Prior to 1999 states were not required to report SSN. Washington and Michigan files will not have SSN until the 1999 MAX files.

The Enrollment Module contains enrollment figures broken down by plan type (HMO, PPO, POS, etc.) by Type of coverage (Commercial, Individual, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Employee Health Benefit Plans-FEHBP, TriCare, etc.), and geographically by state. Also included are premiums, net worth, liabilities, assets, total expenses, administrative expenses. It also contains a commentary field which when available contains some company history such as mergers, acquisitions, etc.

The enrollment process consists of the following components: optional pre-enrollment, in-person enrollment, security threat assessment and notification of the results, and issuance of the TWIC to the applicant. Applicants may pre-enroll online to enter all of the biographic information required for the threat assessment and make an appointment at the enrollment center to complete the process (although appointments are not required).

Priority enrollment is granted to all ISU community members (student, faculty or staff.) Like the other campus childcare centers we strive to maintain a target ration of 60% student usage and 40% faculty / staff. There are two possible reasons for this. First, if some rows of your data are incomplete, then our system will ignore them. Also, the maximum number of days to analyze is 180; if you are pasting large amounts of data, only the most recent 180 days will be included in the charts.

Lot transactions from print sales are excluded for all charts unless there is a specific Print Medium Report for the artist.

Yes. In order to successfully cancel an enrollment, the user must provide a reason for the cancellation. A dropdown list of cancellation reasons appears on the Submitter Certification screen. If you do not find a selection that meets your needs, select "Other, specify" and describe your reason in the text box provided. Note: Once an enrollment is canceled it cannot be reactivated. Fees for enrollment cancelled prior to their expiration will not be refunded.
