Yes! We offer large discounts on bulk orders- especially to not-for-profit organizations. We also work with several union screening and embroidery shops to offer a wide array of options for organizations. We don't, by the way, up-charge these shops prices- we charge simply what they do as a way to make it easier for people to support union shops.

Silk screening has improved greatly over the last few years. It is cost effective, except for the initial set-up charge which will vary for the artwork involved. Embroidery requires a one-time design set-up charge and is more expensive per application but is hardier and more intense. Your budget and promotional needs will determine what is best.

Yes, completely! There are no animal derivatives hidden in any of the ingredients. The lactic acid and live cultures used in Silk soy yogurt come from a vegetable source. All vitamins used to fortify Silk Soymilk are derived from vegetable sources including calcium carbonate that comes from limestone.

The cocoa beans used in Silk Chocolate Soymilk are Dutch processed. This means that the cocoa beans are cleaned, cracked and roasted. At the time of roasting, the beans are treated with alkali for color and flavor. This process yields a dark, flavorful cocoa "liquor," which is made into a cocoa cake that is then milled into cocoa powder. There is no dairy involved in this process.

Silk-screening and screen-printing use the same process. In both cases, a piece of tightly stretched sheer fabric (originally silk, now polyester) is placed on a frame. This is the screen. Then the screen is coated with a liquid plastic that's sensitive to ultraviolet light. Next we place the image to be printed on the screen and expose to ultraviolet light. Then the screen is washed to make the stencil for printing.

Custom Embroidered Logo Floor Mats and personal embroidery are not patches but rather intricately embroidered thread that is computer sewn and takes up to 2 hours in order to complete some of the larger logos. Multi-colored logos are generally embroidered in the standard colors but personal embroidery and single color logos are available in 12 different embroidery colors.

We do understand that many times you have your own purchase order forms, if you use your own, PLEASE make sure all the same information is listed in detail, as we prefer you to use our forms.

Our minimum order for screen printing is 36 pieces for up to a 6-color imprint. Our Minimum order for embroidery is 24 pieces. If you require orders for less than our minimums a fee of $50.00 will be applied.

Yes, of course. We do better than that! We give you a choice. We can ship your product directly to your own Printer/Embroiderer or we can send your products to our Printers/Embroiderers -- who are two of Canada’s best -- and offer fantastic discounted wholesale prices to all of our clients. We cut out the middleman and save you another 30% - 40% off on all printing and embroidery.

You can not get one from us. We did offer embroidery at one time but we do not offer embroidery any more and will not in the future. Do not even bother asking as we will not entertain any requests for it at any cost. This may come across as harsh, but we are firm on this point.

Yes and No. We do not do smaller quanities for special designs or custom orders. Our minimum is 72 pieces for local one location flat embroidery with 2-4 week delivery. For 3D and multiple location embroidery the minimum is 720 pieces per design per color with delivery time of 16-20 weeks. It is the practice to boil the cocoons that still contain the living moth larvae in order to obtain the silk. This produces longer silk threads than if the moth was allowed to emerge. The silkworm can certainly feel pain and will recoil and writhe when injured.

When silk-screening, screens per color need to be set up. It is a relatively expensive setup. Costs are amortized with quantity. If you are low quantity, it can be an expensive process.

The short answer is to avoid a color shift. Graphics programs such as Illustrator or Quark are preset to produce films based on the assumption that the art is going to be printed on white paper. CDs and DVDs are plastic, not paper, and silver, not white.
