Because you haven't added them ? This is free software. You are free to, even encouraged to take the source code and add the features you need. If you don't think yourself to be capable of doing that, file a request for enhancement or send a mail to the devel list.

Because you haven't sent us patches/bug reports. Please send log messages and, if possible, patches to anjuta-devel mailing list. You can also file it as a bug or feature request. Anjuta developers are poor guys that do not have the luxary to own all sorts of hardware/OS, so if you want it fixed for those platforms, the best thing to do is to try fixing it yourself and give us the patches or file a bug report in bugzilla so that someone else with the platform can fix it.

Because no one has taken on that task yet. FFmpeg development is driven by the tasks that are important to the individual developers. Having said that, the PHPXref parser is incredibly simplistic and really has very little idea about PHP syntax, so certain features are pretty much impossible to add without writing PHPXref itself.

When I start program XYZ with putty (or openssh, ..., whatever) then everything works. However, if I use "Session.execCommand", then XYZ behaves differently or does not work at all! The most often source of problems when executing a command with Session.execCommand() are missing/wrong set environment variables on the remote machine. Make sure that the minimum needed environment for XYZ is the same, independentely on how the shell is being invoked. Before executing Session.

To avoid errors the program will only recognize newsgroups in the "big 7" hierarchies. Otherwise filenames like "command.com" might become unwanted references to fictional newsgroups. This means that uk.telecom won't be recognized, although if you place "news:" in from of it like this news:uk.telecom then it is recognized.

This is not a general logging program, and requests for features that don't fit with contesting, or add unnecessary bulk, won't be addressed. This won't be added. You can add it to the comment field in DX mode or add it to the comment field during a contest by using Alt+N (note). Why? If I tried to add every general logging feature people want, the program would be neither a good contest program, nor a good general logging program.

Designing a language is as much about what is left out as it is about what is included. If you think something should be different about Scala, though, by all means ask on the mailing list.

First of all: certainly many features should be implemented. However, KOffice is mainly based on the work of volunteers and thus it often lacks the needed manpower to address many issues. You are able to create something that will work very similar to the Explorer version of "Show Desktop": Create a shortcut to your SCF file in the Quicklaunch or wherever you like. When the .SCF file is executed, all the windows will be minimized.

AdriPSX is still a work-in-progress emulator, and is far from finished (the same could be say for ALL Playstation emulators nowadays). AdriPSx is constantlt improving in a general context, so with time all games will work at the end, just that some games will be working before others.

There is no native port for Windows and it most likely won't ever be. Anjuta uses GNOME platform, so it requires GNOME itself to be ported natively to Windows first. However, there is cywin port of Anjuta (and GNOME) which you can try out on Windows. It's going to be slow to run, but it works: http://cygwinports.dotsrc.org/

Almost all features of DVD such as search, pause, and scan can be disabled by the disc, which can prevent the operation the player needs to back up and repeat a segment. If the player uses time search to repeat a segment, then a disc with fancy non-sequential title organization may also block the repeat feature. In many cases the authors don't even realize they have prevented the use of this feature.

This is probably because you don't have Outlook Express (or another POP mail client) installed and configured on your computer. You can either set up Outlook Express to send mail, or you can send the files manually as an attachment.

We block a minimal amount of ports on our network to protect our customers against Denial of Service (DOS) attacks and known network software vulnerabilities. Some of these include ports used by Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Sharing, Unix Network File System (NFS), and others. New ports are added and monitored as the need arises.

The software is designed to convert ASCII text into HTML. That is plain, unformatted documents. Word and other wp packages use binary formats that contain formatting codes embedded in the text (or in some cases the text is embedded in the codes :-). Even RTF, which is a text file, is so heavily full of formatting information that it could not be perceived as normal text (look at it in Notepad and you'll soon see what I mean).
