Accuracy is a binary measure of correct or incorrect for a given observation. However, we can make statistical statements that something is accurate X percent of the time. It is common in remote sensing to apply this concept to derived products. To ensure the accuracy of the land cover data, Center staff conduct field verification of the data.

Recent accuracy is a measure of how well Defensio has been performing on your blog lately. It is computed by subtracting out the errors (false postives and false negatives) over the last 7 days of comment activity on your blog, and dividing this by the total comment traffic over that period. The closer Defensio is to 100%, the better we're doing! Not really. We highly recommend that you use Defensio as your stand alone spam filtering solution.

ADHA recognizes that much of the restorative aspect of the ADHP will require some widespread changes with regard to scope of practice enhancements. The accuracy measure is an internal measure from the optimisation library software. The lower the value, the better the fit. This value you can be used to get a hint about the choice of good parameters. The value is not comparable between two different optimizations, e.g. if you choose other lines. SPEC will often retire a benchmark when there is a more recent replacement or sometimes when the original benchmark has become too out-of-date to continue to support. "Retired" means that SPEC no longer provides technical support or accepts result submissions for posting on the SPEC web site.

Spatial Accuracy is the measure of how well features in a geographically registered layer correspond to their positions on the Earth's surface. This is usually measured by a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). For C-CAP applications, an RMSE of one pixel is expected, but often smaller errors are reached. It is possible to reach spatial accuracies of less than one-pixel width RMSE under certain conditions (flat terrain and properly modeled sensor distortion).

Naturally, there's no means of knowing the future for sure, meaning that no prediction method would give you a 100% accuracy. However, IntelliTipster utilizes advanced forecasting techniques, which is why it is capable of making very accurate predictions, in some cases (for some leagues) it may reach 84%, meaning that outcomes of 84 matches out of 100 were predicted correctly.

Each data form was entered twice (by two different data entry clerks). The results of both data entry tasks were compared and data entry supervisors conducted an adjudication process. Differences between the two data entries were reviewed and the appropriate corrections were made. Supervisors consulted coding forms as necessary. Typos, out of range codes and other anomalies were reconciled during this process.

Well, don't go setting your watch by it. As of 2/13/2002 the server's been using ntp to keep time correctly, so you can trust it now. Up until then it has been fairly poor at keeping time, perhaps up to a half hour off. Digital 2-foot contours, in AutoCAD drawing format, are now available for all of Washington County. The data is current to April, 2000.
