At this meeting, we focus on an area of business management for one full day. Topics we've covered include sales management/training, strategic planning, team building, leadership, and Personal and Business Planning. No matter what the topic, you can be sure that it will help you focus on developing a company that will be instrumental in helping you reach your personal goals as well.

At the advice of our members, we've instituted a "fee" structure for those who are late with their forms, collecting a minimum fine which is then added to the Remodelers Advantage Charity Fund and distributed through programs like the Remodelers Advantage Roundtables SafetyNet Program.

Roundtables are monthly gatherings of District volunteers, unit volunteers and parents who are interested in knowing more about the Council’s and District’s activities and events, in learning more about leadership, in obtaining training, in receiving program ideas, in helping other leaders, and in enjoying the company and fellowship of other adults doing similar volunteer work.

The COP meets a minimum of twice annually. At these meetings, the COP receives a series of reports, which are designed for action or information. There are three distinct programmes which makes it possible to become specialised as early as the second year. As computer science is constantly evolving it is not possible to master all subjects, specialisation has become essential. The specialist programme represents 20% of the overall second year course and leads to the third year specialisation.

Each week, staff and children gather for Meeting in the manner of Friends. This shared time gives the School community the chance to reflect, meditate, and worship together. Any person may speak during this time, often sharing a personal experience, offering an insight, or expressing a concern. Meeting is also held daily in each classroom, where even our youngest children benefit from the chance to "center down" as an opening to the day, or before transitions.

The second is a Case Study. This is an in-depth review of one of your fellow member companies.

The meeting locations can be anywhere in the country. For Case Study meetings - during which we visit a member company - we'll obviously go wherever that company is located. For other meetings, we typically choose locations that have a vacation flavor such as Santa Fe, NM; Jeckyll Island, GA; Captiva Island, FL for example.
