The "Automatic Project Settings" option on the Qlockwork menu allows you to assign projects automatically. You can create a new project by selecting <New Project...> from the dropdown menu, and typing in a new name: Projects are assigned to activities based on the activity's subject and the people involved (for email-based activity). For any project you can set up "Match Rules" which automatically match an activity with that project.

No. Pass projects would not be deleted from your administration page, but its status will be changed to inactive, so that all past projects are not searchable by volunteers. If similar projects are taking place on a regular basis you would only need to change the date, and change the status to active again. We recommend that you check the projects' status on your administration page to ensure that all upcoming projects are listed.

Campers select four elective activities Sunday evening each week. These activities are instructional in nature and are held for approximately 50 minutes per class Monday through Friday.
