Can a DigitalShipper solution replace a WMS or ERP system?
Welcome to Digital ShipperNo. DigitalShipper ISM software is designed as a backend process to a WMS or ERP system. Often we are asked to incorporate pick & pack applications for package level detail requirements into our software and we have even adjusted inventory counts based on what was being shipped through or system. Even though the software allows us the flexibility to create these processes to solve a deficiency in a customer’s system, our solution is primarily based on shipping automation.
