To display Polish text, you will need an ISO-8859-2 character set compatible browser and at least Windows 95. Certain settings need to be activated in the options for correct function. I have tried all kinds of tricks with Windows 3.1, but to no avail. Creating pages with Polish characters in them is far more difficult if you do not have Central European language options enabled.
