What happened to the news ticker that was previously on the web site?

FAQ
Prior versions of the OSAC web site (before January 2005) had a JavaScript news ticker available; however, that news ticker has been disabled because of compatibility issues with the new web site. The good news is that the OSAC system administrators are looking into a solution and expect the news ticker to be available in future versions. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

But to make sure, you should do a Search to make sure I haven't moved it elsewhere. READ: I've seen a number of sites in this directory have their domain name purchased by expired domain name companies and domain name back-ordering companies.

What is this about a World News Now Reflector Site?

Miscellaneous: World News Now FAQ
WNN was the first nationwide news program to broadcast over the Internet. Broadcasting began on November 23, 1995, exactly 32 years after the debut of "Dr. Who." It petered out some time after that due to the shaky nature of the broadcasts and the setup getting messed up, most likely by agents for Microsoft breaking into the ABCNews offices sometime during the day when (we think) nobody's around and messing up the Macintosh on which it ran.
