The University is part of Minneapolis's SnOasis program. A SnOasis is a parking lot or ramp that allows folks to get their cars off the street (at a free or reduced rate) during the first night of snow emergency parking restrictions (the first night of snow emergency parking restrictions runs from 9 p.m. until 8 a.m.).
