Yes, you can create many favorite scenes for a movie so long as you give the scenes different names. Whenever you create a favorite scene, it gets a default name. If you create a second favorite scene for the same movie without changing the default name of the first favorite scene, then the second favorite scene will overwrite the first.

After the move has been saved you can open it (File->Open) to watch favorite scenes. If you saved it Self Contained you can watch it using any Quicktime Movie Player. If you saved it as a reference movie you need to insert the VCD, stop playback, open the new movie (File->Open) in MacVCD X. NOTE: Self contained movies require all media (this limit is imposed by Quicktime) no matter how many scenes you select.
