The e-books are delivered as a downloadable link that is generated when you fully complete the order (as stated in red on the product page) and arrives in PDF format.

The e-books in the Postcard Marketing Secrets package are PDF files. To ensure that they download quickly, my materials are in compressed (ZIP) files. You will notice that when you place an OhioLink request, one of the locations available is "My office or Columbus Campus Dorm". View your circulation record to see what address is on file for you. To correct your address please follow these instructions. Delivery to your office or dorm usually adds a day onto the time it takes for you to get the book.

Immediately after you order, you will be forwarded to the order confirmation page where you will get a receipt number, and then you can go straight to the download page to get your e-book. You will also get an order confirmation by e-mail containing your receipt number after you order. From the download page, all it takes is a couple of mouse clicks to download the e-book and bonus reports to your computer.

The format of choice is the RDZ file format. This format is the most secure format available, and is compressed for faster downloads. To send your documents in the RDZ file format simply upload any file format you like and RemoteDocs can convert them to the RDZ file format. To open the RDZ document your recipient will need R-Viewer which is available to them as a free download. Also, RemoteDocs is capable of sending the original file format.

CIS's standard list delivery method is electronically, via e-mail, or hard copy in list format. The choice is yours. If you elect to receive your list via e-mail, it will be forwarded in comma-delimited format that will open automatically in "Excel", and can be exported into most word processing and/or client management programs.

Response. The file is a zipped pdf file, and may be unzipped through Windows XP or any other standard zip program. To read it you will need Adobe Acrobat reader which may be downloaded for free.

We typically deliver lists in MS Excel spreadsheet format. We find that most people are familiar with MS Excel and that from that format it is easy to produce data files like .csv or .txt. We can produce the file in most standard formats at your request.

Your website content is delivered in MS WORD DOC files that are preformatted for website designers to use. We will highlight your words, bold them, underline them, and more in MS WORD. Your website staff should be able to work with this format easily to convert it into HTML.

You do not need an account to order or receive transcripts. However if you have an account, it allows you to check on your order status and view your old transcripts.

We deliver our transcript in one of the many formats, TXT, HTML, DOC, PDF or RTF. By default the transcripts will be delivered in DOC format unless specified to us (via email)

On average it takes about three weeks from receiving your print ready PDF file to delivery of the bound books, but we can negotiate faster schedules to meet your specific needs.

If you are a faculty member or a graduate student with an office on campus, you can request for books to be sent to your office. You will notice that when you place an OhioLINK loan or request for an item to be held for you, one of the locations available is "my office." In order for this to work your record in OSCAR must include that address. View your circulation record to see what address is on file for you. If the carrier (default) is Australia Post, they will usually send you a notification card for you to pick it up at your local post office. Unfortunately, since we do not currently have an in-house courier, we are unable to accurately estimate the times that parcels will be delivered. If you provide a business address, it will be delivered by courier during office hours and must be signed for.

When an item arrives that can't be digitized (like a whole book or reel of microfilm) it will be available for you to pick up at the Sawyer Circulation Desk or the Schow Services Desk. You will get an e-mail notifying you that it has arrived on campus. You can specify which library your items are delivered to in the preferences section of your ILLiad account.
