Patches are welcomed on the freeciv-dev@freeciv.org list; bug reports at bugs@freeciv.org. The mailing lists are archived; see our mailinglists overview. There is a Freeciv newsgroup: alt.games.freeciv. It was created early 1999. Few Usenet servers carry it.
