MR. ROTHSCHILD: We served a subpoena on The Foundation for Thought and Ethics, and the documents were produced in response to that subpoena. A number of these drafts were shown to Mr. Buell, who confirmed that they are in fact drafts of what became Pandas. We also have other evidence that demonstrates that that is the case, and that's how Dr. Forrest received it. MR. MUISE: I'm not aware of him disavowing the writing.

That change to the biology curriculum, which is displayed on your monitor and on the screen, singles out the scientific theory of evolution, among all the scientific concepts taught to Dover High School students, as being suspect and promotes the religious proposition of intelligent design as a competing scientific theory.
