Yes. If you connect to the Internet through a USB modem, you will need to use Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). ICS is a feature of Windows 2000 and Windows XP that allows the Internet connection used by one computer to be shared with other computers/devices. The computer that will be sharing will need to be on when you are using SpeedTalker and should already be connected to the Internet. This computer should also have an available Ethernet port to connect to the telephone adapter.

With the current adapters you cant, the USB modem is the DSL equivalent of a WinModem and requires some processor power to perform the modem functions and convert the ATM data into TCP/IP for presentation to the PC. There is a Draytek device however which can effetively act as a router and presents ethernet to the user side. See details here.
