FAQsIn first year, practical cookery classes take place in the morning, from 8:15 -12:15. Theory classes in the afternoon run between 1:45-3:15 and 3:30-5:00. Practical cookery, pastry classes and restaurant labs are held in the evenings, between 5:30-9:30. Within their groups, students rotate through a schedule, which changes every four weeks.
