We have provided the AFIX coordinators with the password for the VFC Setup screen. Please check with your state/grantee Assessment or AFIX coordinator to obtain the password or the VFC Setup, whichever the case may be.

The first time you access the edit drug models function it will ask for a password. Before saving the password, the Kinetics© program will ask you to reenter the password to confirm it. Thereafter, this will be your password required to access the edit drug models function, so choose one that you can easily remember.

We actually use screens to print your shirts. We must make one screen for each color and for each location. If you are getting 2 colors on the front and 1 color on the back, we would make 3 screens. We would charge the screen setup charge times 3. The screen setup charge is a one time fee. If you reorder the same print without any changes, we do not charge you again. We guarantee holding your screen for 12 months from the date of your last order.

Yes, there is a one time setup fee of $15 for each colour in the design. If you get items printed again using the same design, there will be no setup fee. There is also an initial artwork charge - generally 15 minutes.

Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory in which you saved the file, and double-click the file name to open it in a compressed file extraction program. In the file extraction program, extract all of the files and save them in the directory C:\WINNT\Java\lib.

Most promotional products require a custom plate or screen to be made in order for your products to be imprinted. These charges are calculated per color of imprint. The normal setup/screen charge is $40.00 unless otherwise stated. No screen charge is incurred on repeat orders using the exact same design.

The Maryland Healthy Kids Program requires that providers enroll in the Maryland VFC Program, regardless of whether the provider is participating with a MCO or fee-for-service with the State. The cost of vaccines, available through the VFC Program, will not be reimbursed either through "fee-for-service" or by the MCOs. Only an administration fee, $10 maximum, will be reimbursed for vaccines available through the VFC Program.

We use silk screens to print images onto shirts and vinyl sticker sheets. A screen is needed for each color of the image of the design for each side. We can print up to 8 colors per side. Screen set ups are $15.00 each, which include color separations and a film positive. Screen setups are one time charges per design. If you were to reorder shirts with the same design in the future without changes to the artwork, then there would be NO screen setup charges.

No! All screen charges and setup fees are included in the per item pricing in the respective price matrix. What you see on the site is what you pay unless we have to manipulate your artwork. The exception to this rule is on multi color designs on 100 or less items, having more than 5 colors printed on the shirt -- the 6th screen will be subject to a $10 screen setup fee, as will each following color. For orders of 101+ we do not charge for screens regardless of the amount of screens needed.
