There is more involved in the process of obtaining RIFs than can be dealt with using a catalog order form. Some types of files can be compressed much more than others. For example, *.txt and *.bmp files can be generally compressed by up to 96%. Various multimedia files (e.g. *.gif, *.jpg, *.wma, *.mpg files) are already highly compressed because the standards for these file types specify efficient technique to compress the content. Once a file has been compressed, it typically cannot be compressed again to any significant extent.

Versions prior to 0.6.3 have problem playing 16 bit wav files on the SPARC platform (I think x86 should work ok, though). If these are the problem, please upgrade. Nipple shields should be your very last resort in an attempt to latch your baby on with flat or inverted nipple shields. Breast shells should be worn in the bra when the baby is not nursing. These are little cups with a hole in the center, that draw out the nipple. Another good option is to pump briefly to draw the nipple out before attempting to latch the baby on. You can also do this manually by rolling the nipple between your thumb and forefinger.
