The Connecticut statutes establish criteria for instate residency for tuition purposes. The statutes speak to a permanent domicile, financial independency, and the intent to be a resident of the State. There is an application available in the Dean of Students Office to apply for instate residency. An interview with an Assistant Dean of Students is necessary.
