If you used lat_inst.exe to install on Windows, the installation will ask you for the Eclipse directory. If you installed using lattix.tgz you must download the Eclipse plugin file LattixEclipsePlugin.zip. Extract files from the zip into the Eclipse plugin directory. The installation is complete. This happens because the class path is not setup correctly. The most common cause for this is that the Java Run Time (JRE) is not installed.

The Geronimo Eclipse plugin provides a server adapter and other Geronimo development specific features that is built on the Web Tools Platform. The primary usage scenario for the plugin allows users to develop, build, and test application and services for the Geronimo Application Server.

Since the eclipse platform, and other required top level Eclipse projects do not publish each plugin independently to a remote maven repository, the maven build process pulls down full distributions of these required projects, unzips them to create a "target-platform". This is done intelligently so that the target platform is not generated on every build and only if required versions of the Eclipse projects have changed, or if the "target-platform" has been altered.

Visit the 'Create Plugin Code' page of your control panel. Select your plugin options. Hit 'generate'. Then copy and paste the code into your web page. You don't need any technical experience, as long as you already maintain your web pages, you can easily copy and paste and the plugin will be active.

In Eclipse select the project and right click on the project in Package Explorer. Choose the Lattix->License menu item and enter user and key into the license dialog. You can also set the license by bringing up the preferences dialog from Window->Preferences and going to the preferences for Lattix LDM.

To uninstall, just access Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs, select the plugin, click 'Add/Remove' and follow the uninstallation screens.

The Webmail feature is somewhat large (10MB) and not everyone wants Webmail, so it was decided to package the ISMail-Web plugin as a separate file. That way, the ISMail Pro program can be kept as small as possible.

Note: this plugin will also work with ISMail, however, the features described for ISMail Pro-Web will NOT be available with the standard version of ISMail.

If you don't want to use the plugin installer (or if your selected plugin doesn't come with one) manual installation is easy. Brass plugins are DLL files, and usually come with some config files and bitmap images. Simply copy the DLL to the Plugins directory in the Brass installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\Brass), then copy any other files that came with the DLL to Plugins/DLLName directory. So if your plugin is called AcmeGlue you would copy AcmeGlue.

To install the plug-in, first download the plug in from the JAJAH site, and double click it in order to begin with the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation. After the installation is complete, close the setup wizard and re-open your Outlook program. You should now see the JAJAH plu-gin in your Outlook window.

Go to the Java Upgrade Instructions page and select the Windows or Mac operating system. Follow instructions for upgrading the Java plugin. Note that if you want to upgrade to a newer Java version, you must first remove the existing plugin and then reinstall the upgraded version.

Below the list of deactivated plugins you will find a list of "broken plugins". Broken plugins are subdirectories inside your plugin directory that do not contain any plugin files. If a plugin shows up on that list after it has been installed, this means that the plugin cannot be installed by PlugInstaller. You may safely delete the broken plugin by selecting the "delete" link behind the directory name.
