Yes! We ship pottery to gift recipients all the time! When you order you will be able to provide us with the gift recipient's name and shipping address. We will make sure they know that the gift is to them from YOU! If you would like a special gift card to be sent for any occasion (birthdays, holidays, etc.) be sure to add that to your order. Also, we have personalization services available if you would like a personal, permanent message painted on the back of the pottery.

Yes, you may have your order shipped as a gift to someone else. Simply provide an alternative shipping address when Checking out. In the "Additional Comments" field you can include a note to notify us if the order or items in the order are a gift and being mailed to someone other than the purchaser. Alerting us of this may help in quickly processing your order and save us from making any mistakes in shipping when processing the order.

Answer: Federal Express and UPS handle our Ground Shipping Orders. Most deliveries arrive within 6 business days via Ground Shipping. Federal Express and UPS handles all shipping by 3-Day Express, 2-Day Air and Overnight Express. Orders must be placed by Noon EST to ship the same day. (Please allow one extra day for processing during Christmas and Mothers Day.)

Yes. Simply tell us where you want the kipot sent, and if there is any special message to go with them. The invoice will contain your message, and no price information. This option is not available on international orders.

Pizza and Fruit are delivered via next day air. Flowers, chocolates, coffee are all delivered via Priority Mail. We prefer a delivery address where someone is home or a business delivery address. Shipments cannot be made to Hawaii and Alaska.

If you're like me, you shop for your gifts and usually end up adding something for yourself too. I can ship the gift item directly to the gift recipient and then the remainder of your order to you. Your free gift will ship several weeks after the first use of your card, and should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks of the first use of your card. If it has been longer than 8 weeks since the first use of your card, please contact Club Member Services and they can help you with that information.

Yes. Just fill out the gift recipient's name and shipping address in our shopping cart. You also will have the option to enter a personalized gift greeting at no charge and have your order gift wrapped for $3.99. You can ship products to the maximum of three different shipping addresses.

Yes, you may. Be sure to include the "ship to" address when ordering. We are happy to have the gift packaged ready for gift giving. We can include a gift card with your custom gift message to the gift recipient. We do not include an invoice in boxes shipped to an alternate person/address.
