The CMS is built on the concept of different 'sections'. A section is merely a part of the CMS that has a specific purpose. On the front end of the main sections that you'll see at work is the Category section and the Page section. These two sections are the core of what allows you to use the CMS to build a complex website. You'll also notice that there are links to the Built-in Sections listed. These links take you to the selected manager.

If you need multilingual functionality on your site, here is where you would add, edit, and delete languages. After you click on the language you wish to work with, you'll get a page that looks like the image below. The language meta data tab is where you would define the default meta values for your website including: meta title, meta keywords, and meta description. The configuration manager allows you to change some of the configuration of the CMS. Under most circumstances you will set these values initially and probably not change them again unless you later wish to change the way your site is setup. These are settings for the site including the secure URL to use for the site, document directory name and image directory name that are used by the file manager.
