Please wait a few minutes and try uploading your film again. There is likely to be a lot of traffic as teams upload their entries near the final hours of the contest. Please continue trying to upload your film until you receive confirmation that it was received. You may submit your film again as long as it's before the 9am ET deadline. Submit your film with the exact same name as before and it will replace your old film entry.

If you are having trouble uploading your assignment, send an e-mail message to suncert@prometric.com with your order confirmation number you received at the time you purchased the exam. Upon receipt, we will send you new permission to upload your assignment.

Firstly, make sure that your Picture is in GIF or JPG format and is no larger than 600KB. If your picture still will not upload make sure that you have enough free photo slots and if necessary delete one to make space for the new picture if desired. If you are still having problems, use the Contact Us link in the toolbar

Be sure you are uploading an allowable file format: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG or .GIF file that the file is 10MB or less in size.

It could be a browser problem. If you are using an unsupported browser or browser version you may not be able to upload an assignment, the assignment filename may show up on the upload screen as corrupted, strange-looking characters. When this happens, you will not be able to delete the file or submit an assignment. The instructor/designer needs to reset the submission before the you can try to submit the file again.

If you're using FireFox, you may want to try using Internet Explorer to upload your gift. If this does not solve the problem, with all of the information required on the submission form included in the email. If you have trouble emailing your file, have it available for Donor Support to download and specify the download location in your email. You may at any time.

Depending on your internet connection speed, uploading files (pictures or movies) can take a little bit of time. Please be patient. If you continue to have difficulty using these features contact us and we will work on a way to get uploading working for you!

Ensure that the file is 250k in file size or below -- most users will timeout before uploading larger files than that. Ensure the file is a properly encoded jpeg, gif, or png. Is there a firewall that could be blocking your uploads? This might be the case if you work for a large and/or slightly paranoid company and you're trying to upload from work. Try to alter your firewall settings or take the firewall down briefly to test the transfer.

Some internet browsers do not support our upload script. If this is the case with your order, you can email your order to upload@expresscolorprinting.com. Be sure you put your order number in the subject line to ensure that your order is printed correctly. If your file is too large to send via email, you can FTP your files directly onto our FTP Server. In order to do this you must have an FTP program at your disposal.

Just renaming an image does not automatically JPG. If your images are not JPG files already you will have to open them in a photo editing program and re-save them as JPGs. JPGS must be in RGB mode (this is usually the default unless you save for print usage). JPGS must also be set to the 8-bits per channel mode. (Under Image/Mode in photoshop). Again 8-bits per channel is normally the default.

First, make sure you're uploading your file to the right web directory. You can check this by looking in the public_html folder. If you're positive you're uploading to the right location, your disk space might be full.

Simply e-mail your photos to GetStudentsJapan.com with your first and last name, e-mail address and password and we will post your photos for you. By logging into the site you will see your account profile. At any point, you can de-activate any or all services on your profile by choosing the "Profile De-Activate" option. You can return and re-active your profile at any time. *NOTE* If you do not login to your profile in over 12 months, it will be automatically deleted from the site.

Be sure you are uploading an allowable file format: .JPG, .PSD, .EPS, .AI, .PNG and .PDF files only... that are 10MB or less in size. Be sure they have the correct file extension at the end of the file name. Be sure there are not any weird characters in the file names like * or @ or ?. Try to use names that are like "bigTreeInForest.jpg" or "LionAtTheZoo-2110.JPG" etc... sometimes naming files with consecutive numbers causes a problem, so best to give them names.

Most of the graphics on PhysioNet, including all of the dynamically generated graphics, are PNG images. PNG is one of only three standard image types that are rendered by all modern graphical web browsers, including Netscape 4.04 and later, and MSIE 4.0b1 and later.

Caspol has a couple of options that might help. First, you can ask caspol to tell you what code group an assembly belongs to, using caspol -rsg. Similarly, you can ask what permissions are being applied to a particular assembly using caspol -rsp.

Blank frames, no applet appears, a large grey box (the applet background) remains but no chat window appears: You may not have the right version of Internet Explorer or Netscape, Java or JavaScript, or you may have disabled Java or JavaScript. Connection refused" messages: Your company or ISP may have a firewall that limits the kinds of connections your computer can make to the outside world.

First, you first need to ensure the picture is less than 100kb in size. This is the maximum size allowed. Secondly, the file needs to be in JPG format. Most imaging packages can save in JPG format, so if the file has a different extension, convert it to JPG using a package such as Paint Shop Pro. Finally, the filename must NOT contain any spaces. If it does, rename the file to remove the spaces. The pictures should now upload without any problems.

PostScript versions of books and papers available here are ready to be printed on a PostScript printer without any additional formatting. Some users have experienced problems, particularly with older PostScript versions of the WFDB Applications Guide (which consists of several PostScript documents concatenated together into one file).

There are a variety of problems that may be causing this. Here are a couple of the most common. If you have a Mac running OS X, the default unzip utility (Stuffit) does not deal well with those Archive ZIP files that are 'compressed on the fly'. You may see an empty directory - if so, then try downloading Zip Tools for Mac OS X and using the drag and drop software within that to unzip your download. [Make sure you save your download to your desktop before trying things on it.

Patience and consistency is the key to successful potty training. We recommend taking your puppy outside first thing in the morning, after each meal/nap, and before bedtime.
