FAQ - K-JAMTo synchronize Windows Mobile 5 devices (SP5, SP5m, K-JAM or JASJAR) to your PC you must first install ActiveSync 4.0 or higher. Customers with version 4.0 on their Companion CD may upgrade to version 4.1 which is available here. If you still experience problems, first check that your firewall is allowing your PC to communicate with your device. Personal Firewall software may automatically blocking ports (5678, 5679, 990, 26675, and 5721) that ActiveSync is attempting to use.
