Yes. Thunderbird supports a number of languages, all in the same U3 package. Upon launching the program, Thunderbird loads the language selected in the U3 Launchpad. To change the U3 Launchpad language, go to the “Help” section of the U3 Launchpad.

You can translate the client portion of DocTera into any language. Login as Administrator to DocTera, go to Configure System, click on Language File then translate or modify each entry after the (=) equal sign. You may want to copy and paste the content of the entire Language File into NotePad or Word Pad for easier editing. We do not provide translated language files, it's up to the administrator to do the translation. You will also have to translate the language file for the applets.
