Many Pagans remain solitary practitioners (practicing their religion individually) therefore, there is no unified religious leader. However, just like any Church group, there are groups of Pagans that worship together (most often termed as covens). The closest thing to religious leaders we have are called High Priests and High Priestess. HP and HPs' are considered clergy members.
