A fungal nail infection (onychomycosis, or ringworm of the nail) occurs when fungi invade a fingernail or toenail and/or the skin underneath the nail (nail bed). We highly suggest only using Acquarella Nail Polish Remover. All other current removers have solvents, oils and other emollients that are incompatible with our products and will hinder adherence of our polish. Remember, oil and water don't mix. with conventional nail polish, use of products on the hands or feet known to adversely affect the polish will cause degradation over extended periods of time. However, casual use should not ruin a manicure or pedicure.
