You can't. WinCue currently has no support for .cue files. If you wish to use .cue files with Winamp, try the mp3Cue plug-in instead. When I try to install/upgrade WinCue I get an error message saying "Error opening file for writing..." In order to install/upgrade WinCue properly, Winamp has to be closed while installing. To solve this problem, simply close Winamp and run the installer again.
