Blindern Dormitories will open on Friday, June 22. You cannot move in prior to this date. The dormitories will close on Friday, August 3. You must be moved out by noon. Information on inexpensive, short-term accommodation in Oslo that may be available before and after the ISS is provided in the Pre-Arrival Information Bulletin sent out to accepted students. Students traveling from a distance often need to arrive early or stay after a session. We are able to arrange accommodations in the residence hall at no charge. However, you must call our office at least FIVE days in advance of your session to make these arrangements. Please call 408-551-1995 and you will be given further instructions at that time. All students (including commuters) are required to stay in the residence halls during Summer Orientation.

All participants are expected to be on site on the scheduled day of arrival, and stay until the end of the seminar. Only for exceptional circumstances can the seminar faculty allow a student to miss any seminar time.

Program move-in and move-out dates are specified on each program website. Arriving early or staying late can be a possibility at some dorms, depending on program arrangements. If this is available, then you will be responsible for the additional accommodation charges incurred.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. We have local Diabetes Resources available and this is a great time for you to meet with them. Traffic should also be a consideration, when attending a Flight for Diabetes Program at an Air Show, allow extra time for traffic and parking.

There is a lockbox on the front of the office with some management companies. With some management companies, you will be provided with a keyless entry code directly to your vacation property. Check in time is 4pm & check out is 10am. An early or late check out can be arranged for $25, if the home is available.

A formal letter along with supporting documentation requesting an exemption to arrive late/leave early must be provided to your primary contact. This information will be forwarded to the FFMT office for review.

FYSOP volunteers may come to Boston early; however, they cannot move into permanent housing until the Monday of FYSOP week AFTER 4pm. In addition, due to the rigorous schedule of FYSOP, volunteers may NOT arrive later than Monday evening.

Campers are encouraged to arrive within 15 minutes of the camp start time so that everyone will have an opportunity to enjoy all of the day’s activities. It is especially important for campers to be on-time since we review the camp rules, make announcements and discuss the day’s activities at the start of the day. Campers who arrive at all different times throughout the morning may interrupt or delay activities.

Due to the rigorous nature of the programs, students typically are not permitted to leave/arrive late/early. Students whose flight arrangements necessitate early arrival may arrive after 6 p.m. on Friday, June 29th, the evening before the official start of the program. If they make prior arrangements with the Student Affairs Office, they may stay in their assigned dorm room without additional charge for this night, but the meal plan does not begin until Saturday.

A Students may arrive late but must make sure to arrive by the date of the placement exam (see program itinerary), and students must let their appropriate admissions officer know at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program. Students may also arrive early but must contact their appropriate admissions officer at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the program to arrange early host family stay or hotel reservations.

Rarely. Most of the time our facilities are full on the weekends prior to and following the workshop. The best option is usually to stay at a hotel nearby.

Your rehearsal room will be available at the time you booked it for. If you need access to the room earlier in order to load in, set up, etc., you will need to request that additional time when you book the space. Likewise, if you need additional time at the end of your event to load out or clean up, you will need to request that additional time when you book the space.

While we will try to accommodate your schedule as best we can, our program is a complete package. Engaged Encounter requires that you attend all the presentations to finish the program receive a completion certificate. If you have special circumstances, please contact us ahead of time.

No. We start at 1:00pm on Thursday and end at 4:00pm on Sunday; we cover a lot of material in just a few short days and everyone is required to be there the whole time. There are meal & snack breaks, and everyone sleeps at the facility. Part of what makes the workshop safe and so powerful is that everyone participates in all of it. TBW has many different experiences that are all important to the outcome; missing out on parts of it would just be confusing.

Each seminar is packed with information ? from the first moment to the last. The success of the seminar depends upon complete participation. Please make sure that your child arrives on time and stays until the very end. If there is an emergency and the student must miss more than 30 minutes of the seminar, we'll reschedule them to begin on another class date at no extra charge if you so desire .

Not a problem. Your fee includes accommodation in Beijing for 1 day prior to the course start date through 1 day after course completion. We will pick you up and deliver you to the Beijing airport regardless of when you come. Extra accommodation charges for additional time will apply.
