Rose Cherry's Home for Kids provides paediatric hospice care and respite services to families, across Ontario, who have children with life limiting or life threatening illnesses requiring complex and/or technology-dependent care.

Currently, the Home has a 6 bed capacity with 2 palliative care beds and 4 respite beds. When Phase Two of the Home is built, our capacity will increase to a total of 10 respite beds and 2 palliative care beds. Significantly more families will also be serviced through community outreach programs, which will likely result in service to approximately 350 Ontario families annually.

Despite a desperate need, before Rose Cherry's Home for Kids there were no facilities in Ontario that combine respite and palliative care for children.
