FAQSixty (60) hours are required, which must include six (6) hours of educational technology, two (2) hours of parental involvement, and for Arkansas History teachers, two (2) hours of Arkansas History. Up to twelve (12) hours of PD credit may be earned for teachers work in their classrooms to prepare a curriculum and instructional materials, providing those hours are prior to the first student contact day.
