If I can't find any specific evidence of the song, I've linked to sites that can at least teach you about the artist who performed them.

Immediately after the release of patch level 1.04, several authors updated their guides to reflect the major changes in that patch. While they were updating their guides, there was a large influx of players into the Amazon class who were coming specifically to find out how to best hunt other players ("PK"). By the time the authors had finished revising their guides, a few were so upset by attitudes of this new class of players, that they chose not to release their guides to the public.
