FAQIf your telephone asks PIN-code and you have forgotten it, you will need PUK code. PUK code is indicated on the card-certificate attached to your SIM-card. If you have lost your card-certificate, please call the network 5+ Service Center. After switching your telephone on, “Enter PIN-code” will be displayed. Enter any PIN-code. After you have entered incorrect PIN-code three times, telephone will ask your PUK-code.
