Custom orders often require quite a bit of up-front consultation, so for that reason we require a non-refundable $20 consultation and design fee. This fee will be credited to your final price. Custom items are priced according to materials used and the amount of work the piece requires. Please allow up to 14 days for your custom order to be filled. Custom items are not returnable.
