Gator Point Marina, Sevierville, TN 865-908-4000No. Some of our cabins (Pretty Place) are not lakefront cabins, and are only 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Each cabin is larger than a typical fishing cabin and more on the lines of a small home.

The Cacapon River and Potomac Rivers both have public access points that can be fished by anyone and are both within a short drive of any of our cabins. You must bring your own equipment and bait. You are required by law to have a WV State Fishing License to fish the rivers or public ponds (including the lakes at Cacapon State Park or Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area).
