This home plan set is the basic package that you will need for your building permit, to secure the financing, and to actually build from. Additional framing packages can vary with each designer. Please call for verification on a specific plan.

The number of sets will depend on your individual needs. For construction purposes, the minimum house plan order is 5 sets. If more than 5 house plans are needed, you may purchase an 8-Set Package or a set of reproducibles which allow for an unlimited number of copies. AutoCAD, where available, also allows an unlimited number of copies.
